Fresh cow milk cheese, with a white and soft paste but remains without a rind. It is traditionally produced in the city of Alba as well as across the Italian provinces of Asti, Cuneo, Alessandria and Savona. It has strong hints and aromas of fresh milk, weakly acidic and delicate.
