Cheese made from a blend of cow, goat and sheep’s milk, and aged for around 15 days. The combination of cheese and candied chestnuts delivers hints of forest aromas. The candied chestnuts sweeten and enrich the cheese, while the paste has a compact consistency inside and creamy near the outside.
